Baccarat is the live table most players start with, because the choice is small: Player, Banker or Tie. What changes from table to table is the clock and the fee, and those two things decide how fast the money moves. This page sets out the round, then the variants that change the maths.
How a Live Baccarat Round Runs
While the betting window is open you back Player, Banker or Tie. The dealer then deals the hands, the table rules decide whether a third card is drawn, and the closest hand to nine wins. Evolution’s own description says a standard round lasts 48 seconds.
Regulars do: watch two full rounds before staking. New players often start betting in the first few seconds of a window and miss that the table is a speed one.
Baccarat Tables: What the Lobby Names
The phone build’s studio strip carries a baccarat label under the name Sexy, next to Evolution. Which of the two runs a given table is printed on the table itself, and the table list is only visible after sign-in. This guide quotes Evolution’s published description and leaves other studios’ tables to their own screens. The studio itself is covered in Evolution’s live studio page.
Live Baccarat Variants and Their Fees
| Variant | What changes | Figure from Evolution |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Banker wins carry commission | 48-second round, 5% commission |
| Speed | Cards dealt face-up, faster | 27-second round |
| No Commission | No fee on Banker wins | A Banker hand won with a 6 pays 0.5:1; Super 6 pays 15:1 |
| Lightning | Multiplier cards each round | 1 to 5 cards at 2x to 8x; 20% fee on total bet |
Squeeze and Control Squeeze are the other variants named in the same description; their rules sit on the table’s rules panel, so check it there.
The small detail: the Lightning fee is charged on your whole bet, not only on the part that wins, so the multipliers have to out-run the fee over many rounds.
Pace: What 48 and 27 Seconds Mean in Practice
60 minutes holds about 75 standard rounds or about 133 speed rounds, ignoring any pause. Fix the count in advance and stop on it. A fast table does not pay more per round; it asks you to decide more times. Roulette runs a similar rhythm; compare roulette timings for the spin side.
Common Baccarat Mistakes at a Live Table
- Sitting at a Lightning table without noticing the 20% fee on the whole bet.
- Assuming a Banker win pays the same everywhere. At a No Commission table, a Banker 6 win pays 0.5:1.
- Carrying a standard-table plan over to a Speed table, which deals 27-second rounds and so asks for a decision far more often.
- Changing formats mid-session. The rules, not the cards, are what changed, and the plan should change with them.
Regulars do: pick one format per session and hold the same stake for every round of it. New players often treat the table as a lucky streak machine and raise the bet after each result, which is the quickest route past a limit they set at the start.
Before You Sit Down
The tables are available once you are in your account, so use login to reach the tables from a mirror you trust. Players must be 21 or over. Money needs a route the cashier lists, and because neither wallet has taken gaming loads since August 2025, go through the casino GCash notes before you top up to see what to check before you assume a wallet will work.
No RTP is printed by Evolution for this game, so no return figure is quoted here.
How to Get Started
-
Read the table name before you sit
Standard, Speed, No Commission or Lightning. The name tells you the round length and how a Banker win is paid.
-
Locate the Banker payout on the rules panel
At a No Commission table, a Banker hand that wins with a 6 pays 0.5:1. Standard tables charge the 5% commission on Banker wins.
-
Count rounds, not minutes
A 48-second round fits about 75 rounds into an hour. Set the number you will play before the first bet.
