Privacy policy

This policy covers this guide only. It does not cover PH90 itself, whose handling of personal data is governed by the operator’s own policy on its own domain.

What this site does not collect

This site has no registration, no login, no contact form, no newsletter signup and no comment section. As a direct result it collects no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no dates of birth, no identity documents and no payment information. There is no account to create here and no profile stored against a reader.

Nobody here can see a PH90 balance, transaction history, deposit record or account status. That information sits with the operator and is not visible from this side.

What is collected automatically

Standard web server and analytics data is recorded when pages load: the page requested, an approximate location derived from the network address, browser and device type, the referring page, and timestamps. This is aggregate traffic measurement used to understand which pages are read and whether they load correctly.

This data is not used to build a profile of an individual reader, and it is not sold.

Referral links and what they carry

Outbound links to the operator are referral links. Following one may attach a campaign identifier to the request, which tells the operator that the visit came from this site. That identifier belongs to the operator’s tracking system, not to this guide, and it is how commission is attributed.

Two consequences follow. First, the moment a referral link is followed, the operator’s privacy policy applies and this one stops applying. Second, any campaign cookie set at that point is the operator’s cookie, set on the operator’s domain, and can only be cleared through the browser or by the operator. Third parties

Analytics and hosting providers process request data on this site’s behalf under their own terms. No advertising network is given reader data by this site, and no reader list is compiled, rented or sold.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, individuals have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection over personal data held about them. Because this site holds no identifiable personal data about readers, there is in practice nothing here to access, correct or erase.

Requests concerning data held by PH90 — account records, verification documents, transaction history — must go to the operator directly. This guide cannot retrieve, amend or delete anything in the operator’s systems.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
