Licences the studio holds

On record for Evolution: Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, Approximately twenty further jurisdictions. An operator licence and a studio licence are different instruments — one covers the company making the games and the other the casino offering them, and a player’s recourse runs through the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.

• UK Gambling Commission — Under account 41655: remote licences held since October 2015 for gambling software and since August 2021 as a game host in the casino vertical. Anti-money-laundering failings that let unlicensed sites put Evolution games in front of UK players were reviewed, and a £4.75m regulatory settlement followed in July 2026.
